Salam Semua,

Saya bagi pihak isteri dan keluarga mengucapkan berbanyak terima kasih kepada seluruh penduduk Villa Bestari yang membantu bersama-sama mencari, mendoa, solat hajat, bantuan dan sokongan pelbagai cara bagi membantu mencari Ammar tempohari.

Kami amat terharu diatas sumbangan dan pengorbanan semua. Alhamdulillah satu nikmat yang Allah beri kepada kita semua adalah jiran-jiran yang perihatin kepada semua.

Ammar dijumpai di bilik abang dia di UIAM Kampus Petaling Jaya jam lebih kurang 9:40 malam. Beliau telah menaiki bas rapid KL dari UIAM Gombak ke stesen LRT Putra. Beliau menaiki LRT Putra ke Jaya Jusco Alpha Angle dan seterusnya menaiki LRT ke KLCC. Dari KLCC beliau menaiki teksi ke UIAM Petaling Jaya.

Alhamdulillah dengan kuasa Allah beliau dilindungi sepanjang perjalanan tersebut. Sebagai anak yang istimewa, Ammar tak punya perasaan takut atau panik. Sewaktu kami mengambil Ammar di UIAM malam tersebut, tiada perasaan takut, gementar, panik atau risau pada wajah beliau. Beliau masih tersenyum.

Namun kami mengetahui ini bukan episod yang terakhir dalam hidup beliau. Beliau mempunyai ‘impulse’ atau ‘tendency’ untuk melakukan sesuatu tanpa dapat memikirkan risiko keselamatan. Kami mengharapkan bantuan dari warga Villa Bestari kalau melihatkan beliau melakukan sesuatu yang tidak sepatutnya untuk memaklumi kami dengan segera. Dalam tempoh 6 minggu ini sudah 5 kali Ammar menghilangkan diri.

Kali pertama sewaktu beliau naik basikal sejauh 15 km ke Taman Sri UKay
Kali kedua – dua hari sebelum raya beliau naik bas dan teksi dari UIAM ke Taman Sri Ukay
Kali ketiga – kehilangan beliau di Bangsar Shopping Village
Kali keempat – Taman Tasik perdana
Kalim kelima – ke UIAM PJ.

Tuan Haji Lokman,

Telahan haji benar pada malam tersebut cumanya kami mencari ditempat yang salah. Bila haji kata asrama abang dia, kami cari hanya di asrama abang dia di Gombak bukan di PJ.

Semoga Allah memberi ganjaran besar terhadap bantuan Tuan/Puan sekelian. Inilah UJIAN dari Allah bagi kami bagi menguji hamba-hambaNya semada mereka syukur ata kufur kepada NikmatNya.

my sisters are home

Alhamdulillah, both my older sisters, aliyyah and atiqah are now home with me. Kakak aliyyah fetches me from school everyday.

I dont have school for today and tomorrow due to H1N1 outbreak. Baba said that the flu is very dangerous for my friends and I as we have weaker antibodies.

Today, I was bored waiting for kakak aliyyah to bring me to jaya jusco, so acik gave me a lesson on spellings.

Rumahku Syurgaku – My House My Heaven

This is me, in front of my house in Villa Bestari, Kpg Sungai Pusu, Gombak. With my old bike, not the new one Ummi and Baba bought two weeks ago.

baba and ummi bought me a new mountain bike as my old bicycle is very very old. the seat is torn apart, and there is no paint left because of the rust.ummi made me promise to put on my helmet all the time or i can’t ride my bike as i always fall and hurt myself. this is hard for me as no other kids in the neighbourhood wear their helmet, but i must keep my promise to ummi.
my bicylce is red in color, complete with a container to put my drinking water bottle.
adik afifah got a new bike too, her bycicle is pink.she does not even know how to ride without her training wheels.

Dr Haliza, May Your Soul Rest in Heaven

Dr Haliza your sudden death came as a great surprise to all of us. You were instrumental to my life. You were the one that do not want to believe (at 3 months) about my disability when my ummi told you that something is not right with me. At six months you decided that mother’s instinct is always right. You referred me to HUKM since Ampang Putri did not have Paedatrics Neuro then. Mom dont like it. The Prof at HUKM somehow not very keen about ummi asking too many questions. I was then referred to HKL under Dr Sofiah. Finally when the result of the MRI came back, yes I am confirmed with additional pair of chromosome. What come with it, only God knows. According to Dr Sofiah, there are certain things in this world, we have to refer back to Him.

The first year of my life, I spent most of it at Ampang Putri under the care of Dr Haliza. I remember being warded in Hospital Baling during Hari Raya, during one of our “balik kampung” holiday. Finally baba make the decision that I need to be under the care of Dr Haliza. We were discharged from Hospital Baling straight to Ampang Putri back under her care. She was there during my difficult time.

I am now 9+ years old. Normally I will give her a visit one or twice a year. But it was quite a while since our last visit. Baba was talking about visiting her for my normal check up. But this sad news has beaten us. It was a shocking for all of us. We missed her chit chat. She will continue chit chatting with us as if there are no patients waiting to see her. We missed her cheerful greeting every morning when she visit the ward. 

We missed you very much.

Children’s Charity Concert for CADS

The Children’s Charity Concert was organized on 6th December 2008 at the Equatorial hotel in Kuala Lumpur. It was a successful event where students from the center as well from other schools performing their music capabilities to help raised fund for the center. Alhamdulillah everyone was happy. We were sad because Siti Sufiah did not make it due to the landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa. She was supposed to be the lead vocal singer. I was immediately put into the position “bidan terjun” as the lead vocal. Luckily it did not rain further. My parent was there as well as my auntie’s Cek Na whole family, ayah long, Sarah, Husna and Imran. The last picture is my pix with my best cousin Imran Ismail.

KENMS family day

my family and I went to port dickson for KENMS family day. The activities were fun! Adik and I joined in the pakaian beragam contest. Adik won the fourth place with her abaya and burkha baba bought in riyadh.

Kakak’s SSC

Kakak is now in second year now, alhamdulillah (4 more yrs to go..!) and she has to write a 5000 word essay for her written Student Selected Component.

Kakak immediately fell in love with this topic, “How should we deal with ADHD?”

Hopefully, she’ll get good grades for it, and enlighten her more of how everyone can help Ammar.. Aamiiiin..
